By submitting this form, you have read and agreed to our privacy policy as well as our terms and conditions. The purpose of this campaign is to educate expecting mothers in Singapore on how they can better protect themselves and their child from unexpected complications during their pregnancy. The gift is subject to terms and conditions spelt out below. The interested party must agree to physically attend a sharing session of at least 30 mins and the gift can only be hand delivered to the interested party upon submission of our form. The gifts will be based on the availability of stock. The form will be used only for this campaign. No information will be shared publicly.
